How do I create a form?
Sign in with Google, open Create, describe your form or upload a supported file, then follow the steps to generate a draft and publish to Google Forms if your account is connected.
Do I need a Google account?
Sign-in uses Google. Publishing to Google Forms uses a separate optional permission when you choose to connect Forms to your Drive.

Where is my data stored?
Drafts you save live in your FormGPT account. Our privacy policy explains uploads, AI processing, and Google integration in more detail.
