Overview
We want you to be satisfied with FormGPT. This policy explains when refunds may be available for paid subscriptions. Free-tier use is not charged; refunds apply only to amounts you paid for a paid plan.
Free tier
FormGPT offers a free tier with core functionality. No payment is required for free-tier use, so there is nothing to refund for that usage.
Pro subscriptions
Paid plans (for example monthly or annual Pro) are billed through our payment processor. Unless otherwise required by law or stated at checkout:
- You may cancel renewal at any time; access typically continues until the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds are not automatic for partial billing periods or after substantial use of paid features during the period.
- We may approve refunds in limited circumstances, such as technical failures that prevented access, duplicate charges, or clear billing errors on our side.
Refund requests
To ask for a refund:
- Email [email protected] from the address on your FormGPT account.
- Include your reason and, if you have them, dates and amounts from your receipt or card statement.
- For fastest handling, contact us within 48 hours of the charge if the issue is buyer’s remorse or accidental purchase; we will still review other requests but may decline where this policy or processor rules apply.
Processing time
Approved refunds are usually initiated within a few business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit to your account.
Non-refundable situations (general)
We generally cannot refund:
- Fees for subscription periods that already ended, except where we agree there was an error.
- Charges where our records show paid features were available and used as intended during the period.
- Amounts imposed by third parties (for example currency conversion or bank fees).
